Refund Policy

Payment Terms
 
Payment is required in full before the service is carried out (unless a previous arrangement made)


Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking.


Services will not proceed if payment has not been received before the scheduled start time. (Unless arrangements have been made)
 

 Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
 
A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will not be refunded
 

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The service is cancelled after the scheduled start time.

  • We cannot access the property at the agreed time.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
