Not all inclusions can be completed in 2 hours. Priority is given to the most important areas, i.e., kitchen,, toilets, floors, etc.
Standard Inclusions
Dust all ceiling cornices, fans, exhausts, skirting boards, bookcases, TV units, and furniture.
- Wipe and disinfect all visible surfaces.
- Organize and declutter all areas.
- Empty and reline all rubbish bins.
- Treat mould and shower grout in the bathrooms. - Thoroughly scrub to eliminate soap scum, calcium, and hard water buildup on tiles and shower screens.
- Descale all kitchen appliances, including soaking the range hood to remove grease and oil.
- Wash any dishes. (already in sink, handwashing)
- Wipe and disinfect the fronts of all cabinetry.
- Make beds using the existing bedding.
- Mop and vacuum the entire property.
